Thank you to the wonderful local musicians who gave inspired performances at our 2009 Sustainable Living Expo!
Heartfelt songs. Gentle harmonies. Raw, unabashed honesty. Hobart singer/songwriter Amy Kendall will soothe your soul with her angelic voice, floating guitar melodies and insightful ‘storytelling’ lyrical style.

Tessa Lee sings with rare clarity and truthfulmess of spirit. A songwriter of considerable talent, Lee draws on folk, jazz and country influences to frame her poignant lyrics. Her debut album, “Warm Orange Glow,” was released in 2005. Although relatively unknown in these southern parts, Lee has toured in Victoria, Western Australia, Canada and the USA. Since relocating to Hobart in 2008, Lee has been gathering an audience through her personal and engaging performances. For more, visit: www.myspace/leetessa
2009 sets up to be a big year for Dominic Francis after being shortlisted for an APRA PD Award, and with the release of his debut album "Expression of Interest" in March.
An attempted intellectual, Dominic first stepped out of the lounge room to share his tunes with the world in 2007, and has since been earning a positive reputation on the local folk scene.
Honest, witty and insightful, Dominic explores and reflects upon themes such as love, grief, fatherhood and mateship. With a great deal of self observation in response to these subjects, it is the clear, emotive lyrics and hidden word plays that absorb the listener on a transparent, humorous and quirky journey.
